Join me in this on-trail experience that invites you into a deeper, more vibrant connection with yourself and the land. You’ll feel the benefits of slowing down, activating a deeper sense of calm, peace, and connection to the living Earth and its beings. Combining gentle movement, breath, walking with awareness, and meditation, you’ll experience the difference between hiking and communing with the land.
No previous meditation or hiking experience is necessary. All humans ages 16 and older are welcome. While we love dogs, we ask that they remain at home. The event will take place rain or shine unless dangerous weather conditions require cancellation.
Saturday July 25, 8:00 - 9:00 AM

South Berwick, ME
Please bring:
Sunscreen and insect repellent
Comfortable close-toed footwear
A jacket or windbreaker and a hat, as the weather requires

Small notebook or journal and pen
